Mandarin: Proficiency and Officially Qualified To Teach
Growing up in Hong Kong, I started learning English since kindergarten whilst my mother tongue is Cantonese; moreover, as Hong Kong is a part of China, I started learning Mandarin (the official language of Chinese) since I was in primary school, and attained the official qualifications to teach in Mandarin -- National PuTongHua Proficiency Test.

INTERNATIONAL LAW LLM (2018-19) DISSERTATION - MERIT
Abstract:
Since July 2016, the incumbent president of the Philippines Robert Duterte launched ‘War on Drugs’ which he explicitly authorized its Philippines Police to kill any suspected drug addicts or drug dealers at the ‘crime scene’. Such extrajudicial killing stirs up International Law discussion on ‘universal jurisdiction’. By arguing the recognized grounds of existing law and similarities between torture and extrajudicial killing, President Duterte can be subjected to other domestic courts' jurisdiction given the huge death tolls caused. (more than 27,000 deaths within 3 years).

VALEDICTORIAN (GRADUATE REPRESENTATIVE SPEECH) (2016)
Being invited by Vice-Dean of School of Journalism and Communication, I was very honoured to wrote and delivered the graduation speech on stage on the graduation day in front of 1200 audience. Successfully attracted laughters and received precious compliments from the President of the University and from the Dean of my school.
